Deleting your account

You can delete your Next-Rx account from inside the app at any time. You do not need to contact us first.

From the app

Open Next-Rx.
Tap the menu button in the top right of the medication list.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and the email address it was created with, removed from our authentication provider immediately.
Every medication, schedule and dose record stored on your phone.
Your scheduled reminders, which are cancelled.
Your app preferences.

Medication data is only ever stored on your device, so there is no server-side copy of it to retain or delete. Nothing is kept after deletion, and none of it can be recovered.

If you cannot open the app

Email catherine@next-rx.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the phone.
